| Owner: Mark Rohlfs, Philomath, Oregon. I finished the sandblast and repaint last summer, inside and outside. We are currently building a roof over it. I bought the bus at auction in about 1982. It was used as a mobile post office on the Mill City to Salem, Oregon run for many years, but I am unsure of when it was retired. The license plate is JFK 055, issued in 1964 or 1965, so perhaps that was some sort of commemorative plate. Although it is not mounted, I also have the Twin coach name plate from the front of the bus. The bus has a large six cylinder Buda gas motor, although I have not done the mechanical repairs yet. It ran fine until parked about fifteen years ago. It is my ten year project, and I may have to extend that!
